MONTH ONE

Roots

We start at the very beginning. The lineage you came from. Your roots.

We map your family system. Both maternal and paternal. The people you knew and the ones you never met. The ones whose names were spoken and the ones whose names were forgotten. We investigate who was in the family system, what was their place, what happened to them. What was carried. What was silenced.

Then we begin to connect the dots. The patterns repeating in your life - in your relationships, your sense of worth, your deepest fears, may not have begun with you.

Addiction, loss, emotional silence, displacement, grief that was never allowed to land. These things move through families across generations, quietly, without anyone realising they are being passed on.

When you can see the thread, you can choose to stop pulling it.

Through family constellations work we bring acknowledgement, balance and peace to your entire system. Every member seen. Every story honoured. This work doesn't just heal you - it heals seven generations before you and seven generations after you.

You came here to understand yourself. What you leave with is the knowledge of what was passed on to you - and your rightful place in your family, exactly as you are, no longer carrying what was never yours to carry.

MONTH TWO

Body

Your body has never stopped communicating with you.

It speaks in the language it knows - tension, sleeplessness, a jaw that won't unclench, a chest that feels tight, a tiredness that has nothing to do with how much you slept. Every woman's body says it differently. But the message is always pointing somewhere.

In month two we learn to listen within.

To understand what your body's intelligence has been trying to guide you toward, often long before your mind was ready to hear it. And alongside that listening, we begin to restore.

Breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation, somatic practices - bringing your whole being back to rest.

To ease. To balance. To lightness.

Your body was never the problem. It was always trying to show you the way.

MONTH THREE

Mind

In month three, you begin to understand what has actually been running your life.

Not from a place of blame or shame - but with the clarity of someone who can finally see the mechanism. The patterns of thought, behaviour and action you've been carrying since childhood. The emotional triggers that keep repeating. The situations that always provoke the same response, the same feeling, the same outcome.

Here you learn how your mind works, and how to work with it.

Through breathing techniques, simplified meditation and daily practices, you begin to train your attention. To focus on your own life rather than the noise of the world. To sit with your emotions rather than run from them. To understand what they are actually telling you.

By the end of this month, your emotions are no longer something that happen to you. They are a guidance system. And you are learning to trust it. This is where all everything you’ve worked on in this journey comes together. You start to unite, your roots, body and mind… to your soul. The truth of who you are, so you can start to live as true yourself. No matter what.

The Closing Ceremony

This is not just a final call. It is a ceremony.

We begin where you began, with who you were when we started this journey. The symptoms your body was carrying. The patterns your mind was running. The stories your lineage had written for you without your knowing.

And then we look at who you are now.

We honour everything that shifted. Everything that was released. Everything that was reclaimed. We name it together - not to perform it, but to let it land. To let you feel the full weight of what you have done.

Because this work is not easy. And you chose yourself.

Why this journey is unique

No part of you is left out. Most approaches reach one layer. BECOME reaches all of them - body, mind, roots, and soul. Because that is how real transformation happens. Not in one dimension. In the whole of you.

This journey came from my own. I transformed myself inside out, from my roots. I know this works not because I studied it from the outside, but because I lived it from within. And I built BECOME because when I needed it most, I couldn't find it anywhere.

Now it exists. And it was made for you.

The cost of staying where you are

Nothing dramatic happens if you don’t do this work.

Your life continues. You keep functioning. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But underneath, the same pattern remain:

  • You still carry more than is yours

  • You still second-guess yourself

  • You still hold back what you really think or feel

Pay In Full - £1,800

Your first session is confirmed upon payment.

Pay Monthly - £660 per month

Your first session is confirmed after the first payment.
Subsequent payments are taken monthly.
