When booking services (such as coaching, classes, or memberships) through this site:

  • Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • No refunds are offered on monies paid, except where required by law.

3. Membership Terms

Access & Billing

  • Monthly or annual memberships are billed automatically via Stripe.

  • You will receive immediate access to all content upon purchase.

  • Recurring charges are taken on the same date of each billing period.

Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital content and live classes.

  • The service begins immediately upon your purchase.

  • You expressly waive your 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Cancellation of Subscription

  • You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal.

  • Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all membership content and classes until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within a billing period.

Non-Refundable

All membership payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

4. No Medical or Legal Advice

My services, teachings, and coaching are for educational and personal development purposes only.

  • They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of this website or my services.

  • By using this site or working with me, you accept responsibility for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
