This is nervous system healing designed for women who have little time or space for themselves, women who have spent their lives putting others first.

Everything we feel, think, and do is shaped by our nervous system. It is the foundation of life. When it is stressed or unsettled, by the past or by demands of the present - we live in a constant state of exhaustion, disconnection, and lack.

When our nervous system is balanced and stable, however, we can move through life with ease, clarity, and presence. We can create, nurture, and fully experience life, without being held back by tension or overwhelm.

I created Breathe from everything I had once needed myself, after decades of living burnt out to my core, with an exhausted, overwhelmed nervous system.

The only time I felt soothed was when I escaped my everyday life for long breaks. But temporary relief wasn’t enough. I didn’t want to run away from my life, I wanted to live in it. To be present for it. Yet every day felt draining.

My biggest obstacles were time and space.

How was I meant to slow down, rest, or feel like myself again when I was always one breath away from snapping in anger or collapsing into overwhelm?

Over time, I learned that when the nervous system is tired and pushed into overdrive, even the simplest parts of daily living, housework, parenting, relationships, bills, texts, conversations - become triggers. We react from stress, rather than from who we truly are.

During this period, I had trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Meditation while still working in the corporate world. I loved these practices deeply, but the reality was: I didn’t always have the time or space for a full class. I needed something simpler, more accessible, and more attuned to the life I was actually living.

Breathe was born from this lived experience - practical, gentle nervous system support for women who don’t have hours to spare, yet desperately need a space to soften, reconnect, and breathe again.

  • BODY

    We experience life through our body - it’s the gateway for our senses, emotions, thoughts, and actions.

    Just like a car needs fuel, our bodies need rest to function fully. Sleep is essential, but overstimulation and exhaustion can prevent true rest.

    In our work together, we focus on helping your body return to deep, restorative rest. Through breath-work and body-calming techniques such as Yoga Nidra, we guide the nervous system back to balance.

    This is unique somatic work: body-centred practices that help your body naturally return to its state of homeostasis - its own rhythm of balance.

  • MIND

    The mind is the control centre of who we are - home to intellect, memory, personality, and consciousness. Yogic philosophy calls it “the inner instrument,” linking body and soul.

    When nerves are frayed and exhaustion is chronic, the lower mind can take over, leaving little space to connect with your true self, your inner wisdom, or soul guidance.

    By calming the body, we also calm the mind. Thoughts slow down, space opens, and decision-making shifts from reactive to responsive. Working with the nervous system allows your mind to regain clarity, focus, and balance.

  • SOUL

    The body is our vehicle, the mind the control center, and the soul is who we truly are.

    Chronic stress, busyness, and overstimulation block the soul’s guidance. By resting the body and calming the mind, we create space to hear your inner wisdom - your gut instincts, your intuitive nudges, the subtle guidance of your heart.

    The work we do together is designed to reconnect you to this wisdom. So you can live aligned with your deepest desires and your truest self.
