I created this unique blend of Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra over years of healing my own frayed nervous system after decades of stress and trauma. But these aren't modern inventions, they're practices passed down teacher-to-student for thousands of years, proven across generations.

That matters. These techniques carry potency and power because they've been working long before our overstimulated modern world existed.

In our fast-paced lives, we don't need more stimulation. We need the deep rest and nervous system restoration that these ancient practices were designed to provide.

Deep nervous system rest through supported poses, calming breathwork and guided relaxation. Leave feeling deeply restored in body and mind.

  • Your own yoga mat

  • Eye covering (optional but recommended)
